That’s me in the front seat of the Model T, the kid beside the driver. The man behind the wheel is my dad, Ken Shearer.
Dad believed something simple: real estate is a people business, and people do their best work when someone has their back. He built Noralta on that idea. Not on splits, not on software… on the promise that no agent here would ever have to figure it out alone. We lost him this past spring, and I think about that promise every single day. It is the part of him I refuse to let go of.

Our Community Initiatives
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs. To date the program has raised $57 Million dollars.
Because we believe in the importance of giving back to the community, Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have our own charitable foundation. All of the administrative costs of the Shelter Foundation are underwritten so that 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to helping our cause.
